Refund & Exchange Policy
At Relovis , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our refund and exchange process.
1. Returns & Exchanges
• You may request a return or exchange within 48hr of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (box, tags, and accessories included).
• For hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if opened or used. Only sealed perfumes in original condition are eligible for return/exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Any item showing signs of damage, wear, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
• Shipping costs are also refundable.
4. Exchanges
• If you would like to exchange your item for a different model, size, or color, please contact us first to confirm availability.
• Exchange shipping fees may apply.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. How to Start a Return/Exchange
